# WAPSet vs AUTOMATE NFC

The clearest difference is update cadence: AUTOMATE NFC at every 2 months against WAPSet's every 10 months. WAPSet's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WAPSet ships an update every 10 months, AUTOMATE NFC every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
