# ScareNetwork vs Terrible Advice

The clearest difference is monetization model: Terrible Advice at free with in-app purchases against ScareNetwork's subscription. Terrible Advice also leads on ads (none vs shown). ScareNetwork's advantage is ratings volume (25 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScareNetwork sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Terrible Advice sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for ScareNetwork against 4.5 for Terrible Advice. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ScareNetwork has 25 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
