# ModBox vs FFF FF Skin Tool

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FFF FF Skin Tool at none against ModBox's 17. FFF FF Skin Tool also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). ModBox's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (113K vs 559). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ModBox sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. FFF FF Skin Tool asks for nothing beyond the download.

ModBox holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ModBox has 113K ratings behind it against 559, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of ModBox's written reviews are positive against 54% of FFF FF Skin Tool's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
