# Flat Pattern Cone Calculator vs DivIt

The clearest difference is rating: DivIt at 5.0 against Flat Pattern Cone Calculator's 4.3. DivIt also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 12 months). Flat Pattern Cone Calculator's advantage is ratings volume (92 vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flat Pattern Cone Calculator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and DivIt sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DivIt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flat Pattern Cone Calculator has 92 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flat Pattern Cone Calculator ships an update every 12 months, DivIt every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
