# I vs Altitude Pro

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: I at none against Altitude Pro's 3. I also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.6). Altitude Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 30 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Altitude Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. I asks for nothing beyond the download.

I ships an update every 30 months, Altitude Pro every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
