# Honest Paws vs Five ®

Honest Paws and Five ® both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 68% of Five ®'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Honest Paws's. Five ® also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 162) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Honest Paws against 4.9 for Five ®. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Five ® has 1.4K ratings behind it against 162, so its average is the more settled of the two.
