# NOW vs Structural Chiropractic

The clearest difference is update cadence: Structural Chiropractic at every 3 weeks against NOW's every 5 months. Structural Chiropractic also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NOW ships an update every 5 months, Structural Chiropractic every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
