# DSM vs UPS Education

The clearest difference is review sentiment: UPS Education at 100% against DSM's 33%. UPS Education also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DSM sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and UPS Education sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DSM ships an update every 4 months, UPS Education every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
