# XpRemotePanel vs SafeAFK

The clearest difference is rating: SafeAFK at 5.0 against XpRemotePanel's 3.7. SafeAFK also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). XpRemotePanel's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. XpRemotePanel sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SafeAFK sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SafeAFK holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XpRemotePanel has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

XpRemotePanel ships an update every 2 months, SafeAFK every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
