# black.com vs Kuil

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kuil at every 2 weeks against black.com's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. black.com sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and Kuil sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

black.com ships an update every 6 weeks, Kuil every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
