# Shape vs Lucidity

Shape and Lucidity both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 77% of Shape's written reviews are positive against 0% of Lucidity's. Shape also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 25). Lucidity's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shape sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Lucidity sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Shape against 4.6 for Lucidity. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shape has 1.7K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 77% of Shape's written reviews are positive against 0% of Lucidity's.

Shape ships an update every 3 weeks, Lucidity every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
