# Shape vs SetFlow

The clearest difference is update cadence: SetFlow at weekly against Shape's every 3 weeks. SetFlow also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shape sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SetFlow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shape ships an update every 3 weeks, SetFlow weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
