# Munchy vs SOJU

The clearest difference is rating: Munchy at 4.0 against SOJU's 2.0. Munchy also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 21 months) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Munchy holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Munchy has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Munchy ships an update every 6 weeks, SOJU every 21 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
