# Momence vs Focus Forward Studio

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Momence at 47K against Focus Forward Studio's 2. Momence also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and chart position (#176 vs unranked). Focus Forward Studio's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Momence against 5.0 for Focus Forward Studio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Momence has 47K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Momence ships an update every 5 weeks, Focus Forward Studio every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
