# miPADDLE vs Shot Pattern

The clearest difference is update cadence: Shot Pattern at every 3 days against miPADDLE's every 6 weeks. Shot Pattern also leads on ratings volume (2.1K vs 1) and chart position (#90 vs unranked). miPADDLE's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. miPADDLE sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and Shot Pattern sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

miPADDLE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shot Pattern has 2.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

miPADDLE ships an update every 6 weeks, Shot Pattern every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
