# SecumorePlus vs QXGPS

The clearest difference is ads: SecumorePlus at none against QXGPS's shown. SecumorePlus also leads on rating (2.2 vs 1.9) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). QXGPS's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (55 vs 18). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SecumorePlus holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 1.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 18 and 55 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of SecumorePlus's written reviews are positive against 9% of QXGPS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SecumorePlus ships an update every 3 months, QXGPS every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
