# Dual N vs Nuddle

The clearest difference is ads: Nuddle at none against Dual N's shown. Nuddle also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Dual N's advantage is ratings volume (376 vs 8) and review sentiment (51% vs 43%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dual N sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Nuddle sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nuddle holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dual N has 376 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Dual N's written reviews are positive against 43% of Nuddle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dual N ships an update fortnightly, Nuddle weekly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
