# Black Distortion vs Blindfold EQ

Black Distortion and Blindfold EQ both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Blindfold EQ's written reviews are positive against 67% of Black Distortion's. Blindfold EQ also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Black Distortion holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 24 and 34 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Black Distortion's written reviews are positive against 100% of Blindfold EQ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
