# Titls vs Lock Launcher

The clearest difference is monetization model: Titls at free with in-app purchases against Lock Launcher's subscription. Lock Launcher's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (3.9K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Titls sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lock Launcher sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lock Launcher holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lock Launcher has 3.9K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Titls's written reviews are positive against 81% of Lock Launcher's.

Titls ships an update every 2 months, Lock Launcher every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
