# Diet Care vs Biky

The clearest difference is update cadence: Biky at every 10 days against Diet Care's every 5 weeks. Biky also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Diet Care ships an update every 5 weeks, Biky every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
