# Steddy vs HIIT Block

The clearest difference is update cadence: Steddy at every 10 days against HIIT Block's every 2 months. Steddy also leads on ratings volume (84 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). HIIT Block's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Steddy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and HIIT Block sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Steddy against 5.0 for HIIT Block. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Steddy has 84 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
