# NextLight WiFi vs BOOM Properties

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BOOM Properties at 50% against NextLight WiFi's 0%. NextLight WiFi's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 2.3) and ratings volume (47 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NextLight WiFi holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NextLight WiFi has 47 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of NextLight WiFi's written reviews are positive against 50% of BOOM Properties's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NextLight WiFi ships an update every 3 months, BOOM Properties every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
