# wg vs CountDownList

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CountDownList at none against wg's 1. wg's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. wg sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. CountDownList asks for nothing beyond the download.

wg ships an update every 2 months, CountDownList every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
