# FITCAMX vs Hover

The clearest difference is rating: FITCAMX at 4.6 against Hover's 2.9. FITCAMX also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 99). Hover's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hover sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. FITCAMX asks for nothing beyond the download.

FITCAMX holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FITCAMX has 1.4K ratings behind it against 99, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 35% of FITCAMX's written reviews are positive against 33% of Hover's.

FITCAMX ships an update every 2 months, Hover every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
