# nConnect Client vs For Focus

The clearest difference is update cadence: For Focus at every 5 days against nConnect Client's every 4 weeks. nConnect Client's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. nConnect Client sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and For Focus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

nConnect Client ships an update every 4 weeks, For Focus every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
