# AiDot vs Aurelux

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Aurelux at none against AiDot's 20. Aurelux also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). AiDot's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (8.1K vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AiDot sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Aurelux asks for nothing beyond the download.

Aurelux holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AiDot has 8.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AiDot ships an update fortnightly, Aurelux every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
