# Dierbergs vs Vantage Checking Rewards

The clearest difference is rating: Dierbergs at 4.7 against Vantage Checking Rewards's 3.0. Dierbergs also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 4). Vantage Checking Rewards's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dierbergs holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dierbergs has 13K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dierbergs ships an update every 6 weeks, Vantage Checking Rewards every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 14, 2026 respectively.
