# My5G vs NetOptimizer

The clearest difference is rating: NetOptimizer at 4.5 against My5G's 1.0. NetOptimizer also leads on ratings volume (41 vs 1). My5G's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NetOptimizer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per year. My5G asks for nothing beyond the download.

NetOptimizer holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NetOptimizer has 41 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

My5G ships an update monthly, NetOptimizer fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
