Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Daily Devotional at 100% against Customizable Biblical Plan's 50%. Daily Devotional also leads on rating (4.8 vs 2.8) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Customizable Biblical Plan's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
