# Malaska Golf vs Birdietraining

The clearest difference is monetization model: Birdietraining at free with in-app purchases against Malaska Golf's subscription. Birdietraining also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Malaska Golf sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $16.99 per month and Birdietraining sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Malaska Golf ships an update every 2 months, Birdietraining weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
