# IMG Academy+ vs GoTall

The clearest difference is ads: IMG Academy+ at none against GoTall's shown. IMG Academy+ also leads on review sentiment (43% vs 21%). GoTall's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and ratings volume (6.8K vs 121). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IMG Academy+ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $99.00 per year and GoTall sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for IMG Academy+ against 4.6 for GoTall. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoTall has 6.8K ratings behind it against 121, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 43% of IMG Academy+'s written reviews are positive against 21% of GoTall's.

IMG Academy+ ships an update monthly, GoTall weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
