# Fox Hole vs Kaff

The clearest difference is rating: Kaff at 5.0 against Fox Hole's 3.7. Kaff also leads on ratings volume (24 vs 3). Fox Hole's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kaff holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kaff has 24 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Fox Hole ships an update every 4 weeks, Kaff monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
