The clearest difference is update cadence: Rip'em All at monthly against Blob Shooter 3D's every 2 months. Rip'em All also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Blob Shooter 3D's advantage is ratings volume (49K vs 6.7K) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
