# TMail vs Temp Mail Pro ™

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TMail at none against Temp Mail Pro ™'s 5. TMail also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 20%). Temp Mail Pro ™'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 months). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Temp Mail Pro ™ sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. TMail asks for nothing beyond the download.

Temp Mail Pro ™ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Temp Mail Pro ™ has 742 ratings behind it against 142, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of TMail's written reviews are positive against 20% of Temp Mail Pro ™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TMail ships an update every 5 months, Temp Mail Pro ™ weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
