# TMail vs AnonyMail

The clearest difference is update cadence: AnonyMail at every 3 weeks against TMail's every 5 months. AnonyMail also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.1). TMail's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (144 vs 5). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TMail holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TMail has 144 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 50% and 50% positive.

TMail ships an update every 5 months, AnonyMail every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
