# Runervals vs Fartlek

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fartlek at every 4 days against Runervals's every 10 days. Runervals's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Runervals sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Fartlek sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Runervals ships an update every 10 days, Fartlek every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
