# Positive Vibes vs Breathe

The clearest difference is ads: Breathe at none against Positive Vibes's shown. Positive Vibes's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Positive Vibes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Breathe sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Positive Vibes ships an update every 3 weeks, Breathe every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
