# Forensic Master vs Surgery Doctor Simulator

The clearest difference is rating: Forensic Master at 4.3 against Surgery Doctor Simulator's 3.1. Forensic Master also leads on ratings volume (43K vs 23) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). Surgery Doctor Simulator's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (14% vs 6%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forensic Master sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Surgery Doctor Simulator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Forensic Master holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forensic Master has 43K ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 6% of Forensic Master's written reviews are positive against 14% of Surgery Doctor Simulator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Forensic Master ships an update every 6 weeks, Surgery Doctor Simulator every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
