# Notes vs Noted

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Noted at none against Notes's 3. Notes's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Noted asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Notes against 5.0 for Noted. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notes has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
