# Sniped It! vs iTrain Hockey+

The clearest difference is rating: iTrain Hockey+ at 4.8 against Sniped It!'s 2.0. iTrain Hockey+ also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (38 vs 2). Sniped It!'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iTrain Hockey+ sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Sniped It! asks for nothing beyond the download.

iTrain Hockey+ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iTrain Hockey+ has 38 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Sniped It!'s written reviews are positive against 91% of iTrain Hockey+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sniped It! ships an update every 4 months, iTrain Hockey+ monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
