# XKey vs PasteKey

The clearest difference is rating: PasteKey at 5.0 against XKey's 4.7. XKey's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 3) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. XKey sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PasteKey sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PasteKey holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XKey has 19 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

XKey ships an update every 2 weeks, PasteKey fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
