# Paint my Room vs Measuring Tape +ㅤ

The clearest difference is monetization model: Paint my Room at free with in-app purchases against Measuring Tape +ㅤ's subscription. Measuring Tape +ㅤ's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 25%) and ratings volume (5.3K vs 680). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Paint my Room sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Measuring Tape +ㅤ sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
