# Live Body Cam vs MyShower

The clearest difference is ads: Live Body Cam at none against MyShower's shown. Live Body Cam also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17). MyShower's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live Body Cam sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and MyShower sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Live Body Cam ships an update every 2 weeks, MyShower every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
