# FST vs Coachify AI

The clearest difference is monetization model: Coachify AI at free with in-app purchases against FST's subscription. Coachify AI also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.1) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FST sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and Coachify AI sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Coachify AI holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coachify AI has 2K ratings behind it against 138, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 40% of FST's written reviews are positive against 59% of Coachify AI's.

FST ships an update every 3 months, Coachify AI every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
