# FST vs Elite Physiques

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FST at 40% against Elite Physiques's 0%. FST also leads on ratings volume (138 vs 22). Elite Physiques's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.1) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Elite Physiques holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FST has 138 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of FST's written reviews are positive against 0% of Elite Physiques's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
