# HertsLynx vs StayApp

The clearest difference is ads: HertsLynx at none against StayApp's shown. StayApp's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HertsLynx ships an update every 3 weeks, StayApp every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
