# Tayba Gourmet vs PlatePath

The clearest difference is monetization model: PlatePath at free against Tayba Gourmet's ad-supported. PlatePath also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Tayba Gourmet's advantage is ratings volume (45 vs 7). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Tayba Gourmet against 4.6 for PlatePath. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tayba Gourmet has 45 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
