# Mriffa vs Reading Time Log

The clearest difference is update cadence: Reading Time Log at every 3 weeks against Mriffa's every 5 months. Reading Time Log also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mriffa sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Reading Time Log sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mriffa ships an update every 5 months, Reading Time Log every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
