# SliceTimeCam vs CUBE

The clearest difference is update cadence: SliceTimeCam at weekly against CUBE's monthly. SliceTimeCam also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and device support (3 vs 1). CUBE's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SliceTimeCam sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and CUBE sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SliceTimeCam holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CUBE has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SliceTimeCam ships an update weekly, CUBE monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
