# SliceTimeCam vs Callmode

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Callmode at 5 against SliceTimeCam's 1. SliceTimeCam's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SliceTimeCam sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Callmode sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SliceTimeCam against 5.0 for Callmode. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Callmode has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SliceTimeCam ships an update weekly, Callmode every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
